1. Delivery Coverage

We currently provide delivery only within Singapore.
Orders placed outside of Singapore cannot be processed at this time.

2. Delivery Schedule

We offer same-day delivery for all orders placed before 5:00 PM.
Orders submitted after 5:00 PM will be delivered the next day.

3. Delivery Fees

Delivery fees range from SGD $5 to SGD $20, depending on location, order size, and delivery distance.
All delivery fees are calculated and displayed during checkout.

4. Order Processing

All confirmed orders are prepared and dispatched promptly:

Orders made on weekends or public holidays will be delivered on the next working day.

You’ll receive a WhatsApp or SMS notification once your order is on the way.

5. Delivery Confirmation

Upon receiving your order, please inspect the items immediately.
If there are any missing, damaged, or incorrect products:

Notify our driver directly during delivery, or

All exchanges are handled according to our Return and Exchange Policy, and our driver will arrange for collection and replacement.

6. Failed Deliveries and Redelivery

If our driver cannot complete the delivery due to:

An incorrect or incomplete address,

The recipient being unavailable, or

Refusal to accept the parcel,

A redelivery fee may apply.
Please make sure your contact details and delivery address are correct to avoid any delay.

7. Privacy and Security

We take your personal information and privacy very seriously.
All personal data shared during checkout or delivery will be used solely for order fulfillment and will never be shared with unauthorized third parties.
